We contacted David on 7/17/09 requesting that he collect required repeat samples and all required special routine samples the following month. 5 temporary routine samples per month to be taken 8/1/09 - 8/31/09 4 repeat samples with 24 hours to be reported 7/17/09 - 7/31/09 (following weekend, lab not available). ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor pending coliform results. | ||
