| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 7/20/09 sample positive. 7/21/09 I called and left message with Jim. 7/22/09 I called ODOT Suncrest Rest Area and Stacy said Jim is out paving for a few weeks. There is no water system operator in hi absence. I left a message for the manager, Everett and waiting for a return call. Everett called and we discussed positive sample. He is going to make sure repeats are brought in to the lab today. We also spoke about having the water system operator available. Everett says that we can contact him at 541-482-4244 or we can call ODOT dispatch at 541-858-3103 and they will get a hold of Jim or Everett. 7/22/09 Four repeat samples were collected and all tested negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in August. | ||
