| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation for coliform DETAILS: System took only one sample for May. Spoke with Jodi about their sampling schedule. She was aware of the required schedule. This was an oversight for the operators. Jodi stated the system has always sampled twice a month as reflective on SDWIS. They have taken their June samples and they did take two samples as required. The samples were available. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take two samples per month. | ||
