| Details: | The water system had taken its monthly water sample on 7/1/20 and it came back total coliform positive. Follow up samples needed are 3 repeat samples (1 original location, 1 upstream and 1 downstream) and triggered source (prior to trt) from each well. Further action may be needed depending on the results. **update - follow up samples were not collected and a level 2 investigation was triggered. The onsite manager has sent photo documentation of the chlorination testing materials and there is no issue with that. The free chlorine residual being documented is accurate. There was no clear cause of the total coliform. |
