Details: SUMMARY: Failue to collect coliform in second quarter of 2009 DETAILS: 7/22/09 I called and left message with an employee to have Dave give me a call. I spoke with Dave and he says he thought he did submit a second quarter sample and I advised him to check his records and let me know if that is the case. A third quarter sample was submitted July 7, 2009 ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly coliform samples need to be submitted. The next sample due is the fourth quarter 2009
