| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Steve called system operator but was unable to reach anyone at the forest service. 7/13/09 Joel Ferguson called the operator & left a message on Kathleens voice mail to take 4 repeats ASAP. I also reminded her to take 5 temporary routine samples for the month of August if all 4 repeats were negative. 7/13/09 Kathleen sent an email that 4 repeats were being pulled on this date. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond if necessary. | ||
