| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform for repeats sample 7/2/09 DETAILS: 7/3/09 Steve called & left message for Brian to post a public notice & disinfect the system as needed. 7/6/09 Joel Ferguson called and reminded Brian to take 5 temporary routine samples by the end of July. Brian was unsure as to why the system was positive for coliform but over the weekend he had disinfected the system. He had 1 ppm chlorine all through the distribution system. The job corp currently is on summer break so there are no students using the system. The current users are staff that live onsite all year. He gave all of the users the public notice and will email a copy of the public notice to this office. 7/13/09 Called Brian & left message asking for public notice. 7/14/09 Brian emailed the public notice and indicated the 2 special samples that were taken were coliform negative. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor temporary routines and respond as necessary | ||
