| Details: | The water system had collected its monthly coliform sample on 7/8/20. It came back positive for total coliform bacteria. The water system only collected 1 of the repeat samples therefore a level 1 investigation was triggered. The water system is to take its regular coliform sample in August along with a triggered source sample from SRC-AA (Well #3). Well #1 (SRC-BA) was not on at the time of the positive sample. System to fill out and submit the level 1 form. Further action may be needed based on future results. |
