| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to Flouride alert well #5 DETAILS: Received an alert for a detect of Flouride of 4 mg/L for Troutdales new well #5 on 8/13 for sample ID# A70927AP from Sept 27 2008. Checked with David on 8/14, and he provided documentation of lab sheet for lab sample ID# A70927AP with an ND result for same date. Discussed with Mark Leed of Pyxis on 8/19 who indicated that result for sample was ND at 0.1 mg/L detection limit-office staff accidentally entered MCL (4) into the results field. He provided documentation of original sample. I worked with DMCE staff to reject violation, and enter the correct ND result into the database. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
