Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Phone consult with Rajinder regarding the positive coliform on 5/21/09. We discussed disinfecting the will with chlorine again. Ms. Pawar stated she did not shock the well after the contact report last month as she had said she would. She stated she would have the well shocked for sure this time and would not produce ice until this was resolved. She will have 5 routine coliform samples done next month. ACTION NEEDED: Shock well and 5 routine samples next month
