| Details: | SUMMARY: Late coliform result DETAILS: Routine monthly coliform for March was taken on 3/24/09 but not received by the state on time 4/13/09. This is one of several systems serviced by Pyxis Lab in Redmond. I called the lab and spoke with Steve. He said that he mailed the results on April 8 or 9th. He thought that they were okay if postmarked by the 10th. I told him that they have to be received by the 10th. On 4/29/09 I called the lab and spoke with Donna. They have now set up for electronic submission of all lab results which they will do on a daily or weekly basis. There should be no more late reporting. ACTION NEEDED: Lab to do electronic reporting on time in the future. 5/28/09 The April and May coliform tests were both taken and submitted on time. 5/7/09 and 5/11/09. Back into compliance. | ||
