| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: The routine monthly coliform test for March was taken on 3/24/09 but it was not received by the state on time 4/13/09. This is one of several systems serviced by Pyxis in Redmond. I called the lab and spoke with Steve. He said that he mailed the results on April 8 or 9th. He thought that they war okay if postmarked by the 10th I told him they have to be received by the 10th 4/29/09 I called and spoke with Donna. They have now set up for electronic submission of all lab results which they will do on a daily or weekly basis. There should be not more late reporting. ACTION NEEDED: Lab to do electronic reporting on time in the future. | ||
