| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 4/17/09 DETAILS: Called and left a message on Glenns cell phone ACTION NEEDED: Reminded him to immediately draw 4 repeat samples and in May draw 5 routine samples. Take additional steps to identify problem if any results showed presence of coliform. Checked SDWIS on 4/27/09 and found repeat samples had been taken on 4/21 all came back ok. | ||
