| Details: | SUMMARY: Late reporting coliform DETAILS: The routine monthly coliform test for March was taken on 3/24/09 but not received on , 4/13/09. I called Pyxis Lab in Redmond and spoke with Steve. He said that he mailed the results on April 8 or 9th. He thought that they were okay if postmarked by the 10th. I told him that they have to be received by the 10th. On 4/29/09 I called the lab and spoke with Donna. They have now set up for electronic submission of all lab results which they will do on a daily or weekly basis. So there should be no more late reporting. ACTION NEEDED: Lab to do electronic reporting on time in the future. | ||
