| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I visited and spoke with Betty Tyree and Danise Brakeman. They confirmed that the system was closed. After speaking with and operator involved with the system I previously interpreted that the system was officially closed permanently not scheduled to reopen. They informed me that the system had simply closed early for the season and is scheduled to reopen spring 2009 ACTION NEEDED: System to provide written documentation of the systems closure as well as public notice about the positive E.coli sample and submit those items to the Health Department. | ||
