| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: On March 6, 2008 received alert. I attempted to contact Holiday Village in response but phone disconnected and no other numbers found for the system. ACTION NEEDED: System must take four repeat samples and if one of them is positive they must submit public notice and plan to resolve conflict, I.e. chlorination, treatment, etc. Public Health will also need a phone number or contact information. | ||
