| Details: | SUMMARY: Positve coliform DETAILS: received alert on February 20, 2009. I called Mr. Kessler that day and left message about his plans. The following week Dale called me and left a message stating that four repeat samples were taken. According to SDWIS all four repeats ere negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five repeat samples are required for the following month. | ||
