| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert March 16, 2009. Mr. Hansen said at least four repeat samples are scheduled to be taken today. He said raw sample tap would be installed at the well to take water samples at the source that way it can be determined if it is a problem with the water at the well or in the distribution system. This is planned for this week. I plan to visit the system later this week to conduct a sanitary survey and attempt to identify a possible cause for the contamination of this system which appears to be a frequently recurring problem. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples are required and five routine samples in April 2009 | ||
