| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I left message August 6, 2009 asking what they plan to do. System took four repeat tests the following day one of which tested positive. On August 10, 2009 I received a call from Waiyen who informed me that public notice has been posted and system had been chlorinated. Delbert spoke with Waiyen on this issue and a copy of the public notice that was posted was sent to the health department ACTION NEEDED: After chlorination system is required to sample again to confirm heir tests negative for coliform. | ||
