| Details: | SUMMARY: Restaurant closure DETAILS: I spoke with owner Martin Sanchez by phone who informed me that Vallarta Grill had been close. I filled out form stating system has been deactivated until further notice. This afternoon, Martin spoke with Delbert and me and he has decided he will test the water from deeper in the aquifer to determine if nitrate levels are lower at larger depths. If so it is likely that the well may be deepened in order to hopefully reliably and consistently reduce nitrate levels below the MCL ACTION NEEDED: If reopens or is sold to new owner, the system will need to develop a plan to reliably and consistently reduce the nitrate levels in the drinking water. | ||
