| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: August 6, 2009 received alert for coliform. I called and left Waiyen message asking what they plan to do. System took four repeat tests the following day one of which was positive. On August 10, 2009 I received a call from Waiyen who told me public notice has been posted and system had been chlorinated. Delbert spoke with Waiyen on this issue, and a copy of public notice was posted. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
