Details:	SUMMARY: WTP Chemical Coag feed system failure DETAILS: Last nite Gravity feed from Fox Creek system to WTP (120,000 gallon) was inadequately treated due to failure of chem feed for coagulents. Water was chlorinated and filtered but no caog function. The water was mostly contained in the clearwell. There was no pumping to the reservoirs. Flow amount by gravity could have occurred to a small central area in the system. Failure cause is being investigated. This morning clearwell was dumped and central area was flushed out. Darrel reported that distribution system quality looked normal (turbidity and chlorine residual). He is confident that all bad water has been flushed. More information tomorrow. They are taking residual readings and collecting bacti samples. Darrel also said that for a short time finishehed water turbidity reached 0.9 ntu. Will review information to see if PN is requiredl ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on bacti results and chlorine residuals. Work on reason for feed system failure. Determine if PN required.
