| Details: | SUMMARY: Late monitoring DETAILS: The routine quarterly coliform test was taken on 3/24/09 but it was not received by the state on time 4/13/09. I called Pyxis Lab and spoke with Steve. He said that he mailed the results on April 8 or 9th. He thought that they were okay if postmarked by the 10th. I told him they have to be received by the 10th. April 29th I called the lab and spoke with Donna. They have now set up for electronic submission of all lab results which they will do on a daily or weekly basis. ACTION NEEDED: Lab to do electronic reporting on time in the future. | ||
