| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample positive for coliform. DETAILS: Called Doug Thomas regarding positive coliform sample that was collected during the sanitary survey on August 27, 2009. Informed Doug to collect four repeat samples as outlined in their coliform sampling plan. Doug indicated that he will have to arrange with the lab or another USFS person to collect the repeat samples next week. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples (1 within 5 connections upstream, 1 within 5 connections downstream, 1 at the original location and 1 at the source). | ||
