| Details: | SUMMARY: Chlorine residual dropped and plant automatically shut down. DETAILS: Matt called Evan Hofeld on Saturday to report that the chlorine feed pump lost prime when their plant came on Saturday morning. The plant automatically shut down when the chlorine residual reached 0.3 at the EP. Matt calculated CT and the system easily met their CT so there was never any failure to meet requirements or regulations. Matt also requested to know if we have an emergency number for after-hours calls. I also informed Matt that Carrie Gentry is his technical services contact at DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Provide an emergency number to Matt if one exists. | ||
