Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary survey follow up DETAILS: Facility is now using a NSF approved bleach. I also spoke with the operator about revising the operations manual because the NSF bleach is 12% instead of the 6% that was being used before ACTION NEEDED: State if deficiencies checked or not and if not corrected document any progress made towards correction.
