| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to positive coliform DETAILS: spoke to Rick 7/6/09 and he said Andy Gibson took the sample so he would contact him and have him call me back. Explained to Rick that they needed to do their 4 repeats ASAP. 7/6/09 left a message for Andy and no call back received. 7/9/09 left a message for Rack again and 7/10/09 he called back and said that he hasnt been able to reach Andy either. I told him the repeats need to be taken ASAP ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
