Details: SUMMARY: Repeats coliforms positive DETAILS: Mr. Jacobs, operator, called before I got the alert and informed me the 3/4 of the repeat tests were positive for coliform. He indicated that users complained about the chlorine levels in the water so it may have been turned down too low. I told him about public notification. He said he was going to send ma a copy. I recommended disinfection and readjusting the residual chlorine. He knows to do 5 routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results
