| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Bob on the phone regarding 7/9/09 sample positive for coliform and Ecoli. Mr. nelson stated the facility stopped using the water supply when he was informed of the results 7/9/09. He believes the sample may not have been taken properly. The water is hauled in from EWEB, stored in a 2300 gallon plastic tank and is checked for chlorine residual prior to sampling, which was .5ppm. The tank was chlorinated to 5.0ppm, drained and refilled. Four repeat samples sere taken 7/13/09 and Mr. Nelson left a message that all samples were absent for coliform on 7/14/09 ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples next month. | ||
