Details:	I was called by a board member of the Barlow Water District today. Larry was concerned about the amount of breaks in the system as of late and wanted to make sure everything that should be done for the users of the system is being done. I went over the contact reports for 6/10 and 7/21 breaks that were brought up to me by Dawn and Donnie. Larry mentions that a third break is missing from these details. I told him that of what I had spoken of with Don, that he has verbalized the correct steps to me for the event of a low pressure incident when a fix needs to occur. Don also sent me the sample results for this previous break, showing the initial coliform positive and the negative that followed after the flush+residual raise. Larry wants to connect with Don, to take a look at the protocols for a boil water notice and to clarify information about a third break.
