| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Consult with Jeffery for coliform sample 6/25/09. It appears Mr. Song did not take the sample properly. He did not let the water run for 3-5 minutes and he used a faucet with the aerator still attached. We discussed proper water sampling technique. Four repeat samples were taken 6/30/09. No treatment was done to the system and five routine samples next month were discussed with Mr.. Song. We also discussed corrective action options if a repeat comes back positive. A handout was provided. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples next month | ||
