| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: One of 5 temporary routines in July positive. Spoke with lab and state on 7/10 regarding correct number of repeats required. Called operator Lewis and lab and 4 repeats needed. Repeats taken 7/13 and all 4 absent. Mr. Bennett faxed me public notice from original coliform violation in June. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routines again in August. If all absent can go back to normal once a month sampling. | ||
