| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: 7/22/09 I spoke with Don today and informed him that there is no record of a second quarter coliform sample submitted to the state. He said he thought he had sent one but it turn s out it was the 3/31/09 sample. Don says he will submit a third quarter sample next Monday 7/27/09 A routine coliform sample was collected and tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: No furthe action is needed to return to compliance. | ||
