| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to collect coliform sample DETAILS: 7/22/09 I called and left message for Paige. 7/23/09 Paige called and we discussed the latest violation and the other two violations incurred this year. She told me that five temporary routine samples would be submitted today or tomorrow. We also discussed the necessity of being able to contact someone at the water system if Paige is not available. I emailed a protocol for operators to Paige so that she can list additional water system contact personnel. Five temporary routines were submitted to the lab.
