| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for routine sample positive for coliform. DETAILS: Called Randy Travis regarding a positive routine sample for coliform. Randy indicated that he was aware of the positive sample and already has an idea of why the positive sample occurred. He said that his sample person metioned that numerous ear wigs crawled out of the sample stand tap prior to the flushing process. Randy stated that he had his sample person go around to all their sample locations and disinfect and replace missing sample tap caps. ACTION NEEDED: Collect three repeat samples according to the coliform sampling plan and then collect 5 routine samples the following month. | ||
