| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 7/27/09 Sample collected. 7/29/09 Alert issued and I spoke with Claude. He says he contracts with a company out of Jacksonville to collect samples and he hadnt heard that a sample tested positive. We discussed repeat sampling protocol and Claude told me that four repeat samples will be submitted tomorrow. 7/31/09 Four repeat samples were submitted per Neilson Research. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary samples need to be submitted in August. | ||
