| Details: | Phone call with Matt Cyrus and Kari Salis regarding the completion of the well in plan review number 95-2012. One items that remains is a well house. The water system noted that their options are to build a building, covert the well to a pitless adapter or remove the well from service. The well will probably be converted to a pitless adapter, but the timeline for completion is many years. The need to complete plan review will not be part of a bilateral compliance agreement, but the lack of a well house will be called out as a deficiency during surveys until the well is converted to a pitless adapter. Well is used periodically. Normal operation is irrigation only. If a hydrant is open, the pressure drops and the well turns on. On average, the well turns on once per month or so. | ||
