| Details: | Spoke with John Pierce and notified him that his deficiencies were overdue. I mentioned that while we would've like to see the deficiencies corrected June 30th, Covid-19 has made a tremendous impact to all of our communities and that I could understand his burden with other issues at the moment. He told me that he would make an assertive effort to work on the deficiencies and have them corrected by September 30th. | ||
