| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Contacted Lupe Wilson on 7/8/09 about the positive coliform. Lupe took the repeat samples on 7/10/09 and those came back positive as well. She thinks the problem is that the hand pump was heavily used over the fourth of July weekend. People were using it for bathing/washing hair. They cleaned the hand pump and Lupe called on 7/13/09 to let us know that they took a special sample and it came back No detect. ACTION NEEDED: Reminded Lupe to take 5 routines in August. | ||
