| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Due to lack of testing and a history of this system with regards to coliforms and ecoli, I decided to speak to Mr. Bice and run a sample to the Grants pass Water Lab. I pulled a sample and discussed the need to sample with Mr. Bice. He filled out a schedule of sampling on his calendar. I was notified on Thursday by email that the sample was positive for coliform. Therefore, on Friday, I again stopped by and informed Mr. Bice that 4 repeats would need to be taken. Additionally, I made Mr. Bice aware that on a chlorinated system, testing was necessary to ensure the proper concentration. ACTION NEEDED: follow up is predicated on the outcome of the ensuing samples. | ||
