| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: 8/5/09 Contacted Richard about the missing samples. He indicated that the samples have been taken and he felt that the lab had sent the results to the state. I told him I would contact the state and the lab and figure out what was going on with the samples. Contacted Chuck at the state and he indicated that no samples were received. I contacted Test America and spoke with Kristine. She said that samples were taken in January, April and June 2009. None of them were sent to the state because the operator hadnt told the lab to send them. I let her know that he had told me that he thought they were sending it in. Kristin said that she would call the operator to get things settled so the lab can send results to the state. She told me the lab would send results to the state ASAP ACTION NEEDED: Monitor future testing. | ||
