| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Positive sample taken 8/5/09. Steve took four repeat samples 8/10/09. Will take 5 routine samples next month. Discussed groundwater rules requiring sample tap at well head. He will check to make sure there is one and if not have one added. He is also going to update the coliform sampling plan ACTION NEEDED: If 4 repeats are negative no action required outside the five routine samples the month of September. If any are positive will take action to correct. | ||
