| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan review requirements for emergency well DETAILS: Steve called to discuss plan review requirements for an emergency well that was drilled last summer. I discussed starting the plan review process with a well log, site map and plan review fee. Once the Springfield office reviews the well log for appropriate construction, then the water system can determine when to move forward with the review process including chemical monitoring. Briefly discussed the need to do at least one round of VOC, SOC, IOC and Rad monitoring, depending on Springfields determination. ACTION NEEDED: Steve will send in the plan review. He will hold off for now on chemical monitoring. Source cannot be used as an emergency source unless it has gone through the plan review process, which includes chemical monitoring. | ||
