| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation for coliform violation DETAILS: Contacted Karon and she thought a sample had been taken. I told her to contact her lab and be sure that they are reporting the sample to the state. I also made sure she was giving them the correct PWS# to attach to the sample. She said she would call the lab and if no sample was taken she would get one done right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for future sampling | ||
