| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate sample 7/23/09 at 13.1 DETAILS: Jackie from Backflow management faxed a public notice to this office on 7/31/09. This public notice was distributed over the weekend (see attached). Jackie indicated that the salt & resin was replaced in the ion exchange unit and a re sample was taken on this date. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor test results to see if the treatment repairs are operating properly. | ||
