| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Positive sample taken 8/6/09. Spoke with Natasha and she had chlorinated the well after the last positive in July. I told her to resample immediately with four repeat samples. Must take 5 routine samples month of September. Scheduled a system survey for August 18, 2009 at 2pm ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeat samples now and five routine samples in September. | ||
