| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up DETAILS: The operation had a positive sample in June, all the repeats that month were clear. Of the 5 routines in July, 3 were positive for coliform. I asked the operator to pull 4 repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: It may be necessary to batch chlorinate the reservoir. I requested the operator contact this office if that is the intent so we can both document it and discuss the amount of chlorine to add to the system | ||
