| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 7/27/09 DETAILS: Coliform alert on 7/28/09. Called and spoke with Brad on 7/29/09 and will work with him to take 4 repeat samples by early afternoon on 7/29and submit to water lab for retesting. Met with Brad at 11am on 7/29 and we collected 4 random samples inside and outside of facility. Brad will deliver samples to lab before 1pm today. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats and submit to lab before 5pm on 7/29/09. Await test results and further follow up action may be necessary, depending on test results for newly submitted water samples. | ||
