| Details: | SUMMARY: raw sewege spill DETAILS: There was a raw sewage spill of approximately 500 gal. from the Dayton treatment plant. I contacted Tom Pattee and it was determined that the only intake was Wilsonville approximately 21 miles downstream. I contacted the system and informed them of the incident.
