| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received positive coliform notification on7/29/09 at 5:14 pm. Called and spoke with Suzi on 7/30/09 to discuss. Grants Pass Water Lab takes the samples and Suzi was in process of coordinating with them to collect 4 repeat samples already at time of call. 4 repeat samples were taken and spoke with lab on 7/31/09 and all 4 came back negative. No further action needed at this time. ACTION NEEDED: No furtrher action needed at this time. | ||
